PERMITTED USE
You agree that you are only authorized to visit and view a copy of sections or pages of the Fuzerentals website for your personal use and you shall not duplicate, publish, modify, hack or damage the contents. You are not allowed to distribute the data and information on the Fuzerentals website. You agree that you shall not upload, post or distribute any content for commercial purposes on Fuzerentals website.
USER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
You will receive a password when you register your account with us. You agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You will notify the Fuzerentals website of any unauthorized use of your account. Agree that you shall responsible for all activities occurring under your account. You agree to ensure that you logout from your account at the end of each session
SERVICES OFFERED
Fuzerentals offers a number of online services through the platform. The products can be purchased and rented on this platform through various methods of payments. The purchase of products shall be governed by policies like cancellation policy, return policy, shipping policy etc.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS
All the products will be delivered through Fuzerentals itself or through shipping partners. The products shipped to you will be cleaned well and ready-to-wear. The use of the products will be at your own risk. We will notify you about estimated delivery of the product you ordered. In case Fuzerentals is unable to deliver the confirmed order, the amount paid by you will be reversed back within a reasonable time.
Fuzerentals is not responsible for the loss or delay of the rentals by our shipping partners. We will pursue the necessary remedies in case of a loss of the product towards the shipping partners and the circumstances of delay will be submitted to the user and shall not affect the refunds.
If the delay is caused by the shipping partner, Fuzerentals will not be holding the responsibility for that
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
You agree that you shall be responsible to return the products delivered to you within the stipulated number of days from the date of delivery as mentioned in the Late fees section of the shipping policy. And in case, you fail to return the product before the expiry of the return date, you agree that Fuzerentals will impose the applicable late fee for each product for each day after the return date is expired.
USE OF RENTED PRODUCTS AND DAMAGES
Upon delivery of the product by Fuzerentals at the address given by you, you shall have responsible in relation to the use and safety of the product you ordered. You agree to treat the products with great care. Any kind of damage to the product shall be the sole liability of the user. It is clarified that in case of any major damage caused to the product, Fuzerentals becomes authorized to adjust the penalties for such major loss or damage against the security deposit paid by you.

RENTAL FEE
The rental fee (“Rental Fee”) for the Product will be the total of the rental fee, insurance charges and delivery charges listed on the Site or App for your rental of the Product. When you place your rental order for a Product, you hereby authorize (Fuzerentals) to charge your payment card for the Rental Fee. GR will charge your payment card the amount of the Rental Fee immediately upon your rental order. A reservation of a Product on the Site or App is an order for the rental of that Product, regardless of how far in advance that Product is reserved. In addition, at the time of your rental order for a Product, you hereby authorize GR to charge your payment card for an amount equal to 100% of the original retail value of the Product (when new) set forth by Fuzerentals plus applicable sales taxes; provided that Fuzerentals will only charge your payment card for an amount greater than the Rental Fee as described below. Rental Fees exclude all federal, state and local taxes, GST, fees, customs, duties, levies and other governmental assessments, all of which shall be paid by you directly or, if paid by Fuzerentals, shall be paid by you to Fuzerentals in connection with your rental order.
Late fees : There will be a 25$ late fee in case you fail to ship back the dresses on time. ( Finishing of your rental duration + shipping time (2-7 days ) + 1 Day )
