4. What is a Security Deposit?
We love that you want to rent from our collection and we encourage you to treat our outfits with the same care you would your own belongings. This is why we require a small security deposit when you rent from us to ensure the outfits are safely returned.
At Fuze Rentals we acknowledge that regular wear and tear on any outfit is natural and unavoidable. However, if we discover significant damage to the outfit that cannot be rectified through our dry cleaning process, we will need to deduct the necessary repair costs from the security deposit. The exact amount we charge will be determined by the extent of the damage. In cases of major damage, where our efforts are insufficient to restore the outfit, in accordance with our policies, the customer may be liable to pay the full value of the dress.5. What is the process for the Security Deposit?
The security deposit will be billed to you during the checkout process. Once the outfit successfully clears the quality inspection upon return, we will refund the deposit using the following methods based on your initial payment mode:
- Online Payment: The same amount will be credited back to your bank account.
- Credit Card: You will receive a refund of the same amount to your credit card.
